1. Acceptance of These Terms

Welcome to STEM Foundry.

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the STEM Foundry website, including our Student, Teacher, and Admin Portals.

By accessing or using the STEM Foundry website or any of our online services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Use. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or online services.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information.

2. Who We Are

STEM Foundry provides small-group tutoring for students in Grades 2 to 10, specialising in Mathematics and English. Our programs are aligned with the Australian Curriculum v9.0 and are supported by structured assessments, progress monitoring, and regular communication with parents.

STEM Foundry is a registered business name of Dendrite Education PTY LTD, which operates the tutoring services described in these Terms of Use.

Throughout these Terms of Use, the terms "STEM Foundry", "we", "our", and "us" refer to the tutoring services provided under the registered business name STEM Foundry.

3. Use of Our Website

4. Free Consultation Bookings

STEM Foundry offers free consultations to help families discuss their child's learning needs and determine whether our tutoring programs are the right fit.

When booking a consultation, you agree to provide accurate and complete information to help us prepare for the meeting.

Consultation bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed once a booking has been successfully scheduled through our online booking system.

If you are unable to attend a scheduled consultation, we ask that you notify us as soon as reasonably possible so that the appointment may be rescheduled.

A free consultation is an opportunity to discuss your child's educational needs and does not guarantee enrolment into a STEM Foundry tutoring program.
